# Rosewater Jelly

### Ingredients
|
|
* 150 milliliters water
|
|
* 50 milliliters rose syrup
|
|
* 20 grams glucose syrup
|
|
* 2 pieces gelatine leaves
|
|
|
|
### Directions
|
|
|
|
Soak gelatine leaves in cold water, then squeeze out. Warm liquids in a saucepan then stir in the gelatine leaves to dissolve. Pour into moulds and set in the refrigerator.
