Rice Cake
Ingredients
- 125 g butter
- 250 g caster sugar
- 3 each eggs
- 250 g ground rice
- 1 each lemon, grated zest
Directions
Cream the butter and sugar. Beat in the eggs then the rice and zest. Bake 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours at 180℃ in an 18cm cake tin lined with parchment.
