# Soft Brown Rolls
Recipe yields 64 dinner rolls
### Ingredients
* 1.5 kilograms strong white bread flour
* 750 grams granary flour
* 60 grams salt
* 1 litres milk
* 500 milliliters water
* 250 grams butter
* 250 grams beef dripping
* 65 grams fresh yeast
* 120 grams butter, melted
### Directions
Melt butter and dripping in the milk; add water to cool, then whisk in the yeast. Add to dry ingredients and knead for 10 minutes. Prove, then shape into 60g balls, prove again, and bake at 190°C for 12-15 minutes.
Brush with melted butter and return to the oven for 2 minutes.
