# Blood Orange Sorbet (3)

### Ingredients
|
|
* 500 milliliters blood orange purée
|
|
* 400 milliliters sorbet syrup
|
|
* 0.5 pieces lemon, juice
|
|
|
|
### Directions
|
|
|
|
Whisk together purée, syrup and lemon juice. Churn in an ice cream machine.
