# Frangipane

### Ingredients
|
|
* 100 grams unsalted butter, melted
|
|
* 100 grams caster sugar
|
|
* 100 grams ground almonds
|
|
* 4 pieces egg yolks
|
|
* 2 pieces egg whites
|
|
|
|
### Directions
|
|
|
|
Mix butter, sugar, ground almonds and egg yolks together in a bowl. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks, then fold into almond mixture.
|
|
|
|
Bake for 40 minutes at 180C.
|
