# Brandy Snaps

### Ingredients
|
|
* 125 grams butter, softened
|
|
* 250 grams caster sugar
|
|
* 125 grams golden syrup
|
|
* 125 grams plain flour, sifted
|
|
* 1 teaspoons ground ginger
|
|
|
|
### Directions
|
|
|
|
Mix together with paddle beater until smooth. Chill for 24 hours, then form into small balls and press gently onto silpat. Bake 8 minutes at 180C.
