# Tomato Salsa

### Ingredients
|
|
* 6 pieces tomatoes, peeled
|
|
* 6 pieces tomatoes, deseeded
|
|
* 6 pieces tomatoes, chopped
|
|
* 4 pieces shallots, peeled
|
|
* 4 pieces shallots, finely chopped
|
|
* 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
|
|
* 2 pieces red chillies, finely chopped
|
|
* 4 pieces birds eye chillies, finely chopped
|
|
* 1 pieces cox's apple, diced
|
|
* 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
|
|
* sea salt
|
|
* lime juice
|
|
* coriander (including stalk), roughly chopped
|
|
|
|
### Directions
|
|
|
|
Mix together all the ingredients, taste and adjust seasoning.
|
|
