# Granary Breakfast Loaf
Recipe yields 3 loaves
### Ingredients
* 700 grams white bread flour
* 700 grams Cotswold Crunch flour
* 1 tablespoons salt
* 350 milliliters milk
* 350 milliliters water
* 3 pieces eggs
* 45 grams fresh yeast
### Directions
Warm milk and water, crumble in yeast and stir to dissolve.
Put dry ingredients in rotary mixer with dough hook. Add eggs and liquid; knead 10 minutes.
Prove 1 hour, then shape and prove again.
Bake 30 minutes at 190C.
