Rosewater Sorbet

Recipe yields 1 litre

Ingredients

  • 300 milliliters sorbet syrup
  • 500 milliliters water
  • 1 tablespoons glucose syrup
  • 320 milliliters rose syrup

Directions

Combine ingredients in a saucepan, warm gently to dissolve glucose syrup. Cool and churn in an ice cream maker.
