Rosewater Sorbet
Recipe yields 1 litre
Ingredients
- 300 milliliters sorbet syrup
- 500 milliliters water
- 1 tablespoons glucose syrup
- 320 milliliters rose syrup
Directions
Combine ingredients in a saucepan, warm gently to dissolve glucose syrup. Cool and churn in an ice cream maker.
