Orange Sherbet Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 200 grams sugar
- 200 milliliters water
- 200 milliliters orange juice
- 2 pieces oranges, zest
- 1 tablespoons marscapone
- malic acid
Directions
Simmer sugar and water for 5 minutes, until syrupy. Cool for 15 minutes, then add the orange juice, zest, and marscapone. Add malic acid to taste. Churn in ice cream machine.
