Old English Sponge

Ingredients

  • 3 pieces eggs
  • 1 cups caster sugar
  • water, boiling
  • 1 cups self-raising flour

Directions

Beat eggs, sugar and water until tripled in volume. Fold in flour. Bake at 200°C until crisp.
