Oat Cookies

Recipe yields 20 small biscuits

Ingredients

  • 120 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 90 grams caster sugar
  • 2 pieces egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoons whisky
  • 30 grams rolled oats
  • 160 grams plain flour
  • 0.25 teaspoons salt

Directions

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg yolks then whisky. Add flour, oats and salt and mix to a soft dough. Form into small balls and place on a lined baking sheet 3 cm apart. Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. until golden brown.
