New Potatoes in Baked Parchment
Ingredients
- 6 small new potatoes, scrubbed
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 sprigs rosemary, chopped
- 3 sprigs thyme, chopped
- 4 sprigs Summer savoury, chopped
- 1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt
- black pepper, fresh ground
Directions
Put the potatoes in a bowl with the garlic, herbs and oil. Season and mix together well. Place the potatoes on a sheet of baking parchment and fold into a bag (papiotte). Bake for 40 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 200°C/gas 6.
