Lemon Posset
Recipe yields 6 servings
Ingredients
- 4 pieces Lemons
- 850 milliliters double cream
- 250 grams caster sugar
Directions
Place the lemon zest, cream and sugar in a pan, bring to a boil, then simmer for 3 minutes. Whisk in 225ml lemon juice. Strain into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
