Lemon and Gin Sauce
Recipe yields 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 pieces Lemons, zest and juice
- 45 grams sugar
- 150 milliliters water
- 25 milliliters gin
Directions
Put the lemon zest, sugar and water in a pan and simmer gently for 20 minutes. Strain together with the lemon juice. Add the gin and reheat without boiling.
