Horseradish cream
Ingredients
- 150 milliliters double cream
- 2 tablespoons horseradish, finely grated
- 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 0.5 teaspoons English mustard
- salt
- white pepper, freshly ground
- sugar
Directions
Put all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk to the required consistency.
