Honey and Almond Tuille

Ingredients

  • 3 pieces egg whites
  • 80 grams ground almonds
  • 20 grams cornflour
  • 50 grams icing sugar
  • 50 grams honey
  • 50 grams butter

Directions

Put all ingredients in a bowl and blitz together with a hand blender until completely combined and smooth. Chill dough in fridge.

Spread thinly on silpat, using a template.

Bake 6-10 minutes at 170C.
