Granary Breakfast Loaf

Recipe yields 3 loaves

Ingredients

  • 700 grams white bread flour
  • 700 grams Cotswold Crunch flour
  • 1 tablespoons salt
  • 350 milliliters milk
  • 350 milliliters water
  • 3 pieces eggs
  • 45 grams fresh yeast

Directions

Warm milk and water, crumble in yeast and stir to dissolve.

Put dry ingredients in rotary mixer with dough hook. Add eggs and liquid; knead 10 minutes.

Prove 1 hour, then shape and prove again.

Bake 30 minutes at 190C.
