Granary Breakfast Loaf
Recipe yields 3 loaves
Ingredients
- 700 grams white bread flour
- 700 grams Cotswold Crunch flour
- 1 tablespoons salt
- 350 milliliters milk
- 350 milliliters water
- 3 pieces eggs
- 45 grams fresh yeast
Directions
Warm milk and water, crumble in yeast and stir to dissolve.
Put dry ingredients in rotary mixer with dough hook. Add eggs and liquid; knead 10 minutes.
Prove 1 hour, then shape and prove again.
Bake 30 minutes at 190C.
