French Meringue

Recipe yields 1 litre

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces egg white
  • salt
  • 250 grams caster sugar

Directions

Whisk together egg whites and salt to stiff peaks. Gradually add the sugar, beating all the time, until you have a smooth and glossy mixture. Use immediately.
