Frangipane

Ingredients

  • 100 grams unsalted butter, melted
  • 100 grams caster sugar
  • 100 grams ground almonds
  • 4 pieces egg yolks
  • 2 pieces egg whites

Directions

Mix butter, sugar, ground almonds and egg yolks together in a bowl. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks, then fold into almond mixture.

Bake for 40 minutes at 180C.
