Flapjacks

Ingredients

  • 175 grams butter
  • 125 grams demerera sugar
  • 2 tablespoons golden syrup
  • 275 grams rolled oats

Directions

Put the sugar, butter and golden syrup in a saucepan and heat gently until the butter has melted. Pour over the oats and mix until well combined. Put into a greased tin and bake for 30-35 minutes at 160℃.
