Chocolate Fondant (flourless)

Recipe yields 12 portions

Ingredients

  • 720 grams dark chocolate
  • 300 grams butter
  • 690 grams egg whites

Directions

Melt chocolate and butter in a pan over hot water. Beat in egg whites. Pipe into tea cups or small bowls.

Bake 10 minutes at 185C.
