Chocolate and Banana Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 55 grams dark chocolate, chopped
- 80 milliliters whole milk
- 80 milliliters Baileys liqueur
- 1 medium ripe bananas, peeled
- 1 medium ripe bananas, cut into chunks
- 15 milliliters dark rum
Directions

In a small bowl set over a pan of simmering water, melt the chocolate with the milk.

Blend the melted chocolate, the Baileys, the banana, and rum until smooth.

Pour into a plastic or metal container, cover, and freeze for at least 4 hours.
