Baked new potatoes en papillote
Recipe yields 4 portions
Ingredients
- 675 grams new potatoes
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- salt
- black pepper, fresh ground
- 1 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 cloves garlic, unpeeled
Directions
Preheat the oven to 200℃.
Put the potatoes on a large piece of greaseproof paper. Turn them lightly in the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Add the rosemary and garlic and wrap the potatoes up in the greaseproof paper, sealing the parcel tightly so the steam does not escape.
Bake for about 50 minutes, or until tender.
