Switch doom theme to doom-nord.
...
The doom-one theme was fine apart from its bad interaction with my
terminal theme which made magit diff changes an invisible
green-on-green.

Simplify bash configuration
...
There's no need for the custom .bashrc and .bash_login files that were
created by the initial guix home import, as the same content is created
by the guix default setting.
