# Tomato Ketchup ### Ingredients * 3.5 kilograms tomatoes, roughly chopped * 1 kilograms apples, peeled * 1 kilograms apples, chored * 1 kilograms apples, chopped * 6 pieces onions, chopped * 800 grams sugar * 1 litres malt vinegar * 2 tablespoons sea salt * 1 teaspoons cayenne pepper * 12 pieces peppercorns * 12 pieces alllspice berries * 12 pieces cloves ### Directions Tie up the peppercorns, allspice and cloves in a muslin bag. Place all the ingredients in a pan, bring to a boil, and reduce to a simmer; cook until the ingredients are a pulp, abotu 2 hours. Remove from the head and press through a sieve.
