# Sweet Pastry ### Ingredients * 350 grams plain flour * 150 grams icing sugar * 250 grams butter, diced * 250 grams butter, ice-cold * 1 pieces lemon, zest * 1.5 pieces eggs ### Directions Put all ingredients in a food processor with blade and blend until they come together as a smooth dough. Knead lightly for a few seconds then wrap in cling film and chill for at least 30 minutes before rolling. Blind bake at 180C (170C fan) for 15-20 minutes, remove beans and bake for a further 5 minutes. Glaze with beaten egg while still hot. ### Meta tags: Kingham Plough, Pastry
