# Chocolate ginger Recipe yields 1 portion ### Ingredients * 1 large scoops mascarpone cheese * 3 knobs stem ginger * 2 tablespoons fine chocolate, melted ### Directions Place a generous scoop of mascarpone cheese in the middle of a small plate. Slice the ginger into pound-coin sized pieces and scatter loosely around the mascarpone. Drizzle the melted chocolate and a little of the ginger bottling syrup over the whole plate.
