# Horseradish cream

### Ingredients
 * 150 milliliters double cream
 * 2 tablespoons horseradish, finely grated
 * 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
 * 0.5 teaspoons English mustard
 * salt
 * white pepper, freshly ground
 * sugar

### Directions

Put all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk to the required consistency.
