# Honey and Almond Tuille ### Ingredients * 3 pieces egg whites * 80 grams ground almonds * 20 grams cornflour * 50 grams icing sugar * 50 grams honey * 50 grams butter ### Directions Put all ingredients in a bowl and blitz together with a hand blender until completely combined and smooth.
