# Frangipane ### Ingredients * 100 grams unsalted butter, melted * 100 grams caster sugar * 100 grams ground almonds * 4 pieces egg yolks * 2 pieces egg whites ### Directions Mix butter, sugar, ground almonds and egg yolks together in a bowl.
