# Oat Cookies Recipe yields 20 small biscuits ### Ingredients * 120 grams butter, at room temperature * 90 grams caster sugar * 2 pieces egg yolks * 1 tablespoons whisky * 30 grams rolled oats * 160 grams plain flour * 0.25 teaspoons salt ### Directions Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg yolks then whisky. Add flour, oats and salt and mix to a soft dough. Form into small balls and place on a lined baking sheet 3 cm apart.
