# Shortbread ### Ingredients * 190 grams plain flour * 60 grams cornflour * 175 grams unsalted butter * 60 grams caster sugar * 1 pieces vanilla pods ### Directions Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Split vanilla pod and scrape in seeds. Add flour, and mix to a stiff dough. Shape into a log, wrap tightly in cling film, and chill for at least 1/2 hour.
