# Onion marmalade Recipe yields 6 servings ### Ingredients * 1 kilograms onion, chopped * 2 tablespoons oil * 5 tablespoons red wine vinegar * 100 grams sugar ### Directions Fry the onions in oil until soft, then turn up the heat to dry them off. Add the vinegar and sugar. Continue to cook for a few minutes, stirring frequently until they are slightly sticky.
