# Fruit ice cream Recipe yields 2 litres ### Ingredients * 1.3 kilograms apples * plums * strawberries * 450 grams caster sugar * 250 milliliters double cream ### Directions Make a purée of the fruit: cook with a little water until soft, then pass through a sieve. Reduce if too runny. Warm the cream and sugar together until the sugar has dissolved (do not boil). Combine with the fruit purée.
