# Orange Sherbet Ice Cream

### Ingredients
 * 200 grams sugar
 * 200 milliliters water
 * 200 milliliters orange juice
 * 2 pieces oranges, zest
 * 1 tablespoons marscapone
 * malic acid

### Directions

Simmer sugar and water for 5 minutes, until syrupy.  Cool for 15 minutes, then add the orange juice, zest, and marscapone.  Add malic acid to taste.  Churn in ice cream machine.
