# Orange Sherbet Ice Cream ### Ingredients * 200 grams sugar * 200 milliliters water * 200 milliliters orange juice * 2 pieces oranges, zest * 1 tablespoons marscapone * malic acid ### Directions Simmer sugar and water for 5 minutes, until syrupy.
