# Chocolate Soufflé Recipe yields 2 portions ### Ingredients * 115 grams dark chocolate * 7 grams butter * 30 milliliters double cream * 2 large eggs, separated * cream of tartar * 35 grams sugar ### Directions Pre-heat oven to 190C. Line 2 ramekins with butter and sugar. Melt chocolate, butter and cream together in a bowl over a pan of hot water. Whisk in the egg yolks. Whisk egg whites to soft peaks with the cream of tartar. Add sugar and whisk to stiff peaks. Fold into chocolate.
