# Chocolate and Banana Ice Cream ### Ingredients * 55 grams dark chocolate, chopped * 80 milliliters whole milk * 80 milliliters Baileys liqueur * 1 medium ripe bananas, peeled * 1 medium ripe bananas, cut into chunks * 15 milliliters dark rum ### Directions 1. In a small bowl set over a pan of simmering water, melt the chocolate with the milk. 2. Blend the melted chocolate, the Baileys, the banana, and rum until smooth. 3.
