+# Rice Cake
+
+
+### Ingredients
+
+ * 125 g butter
+ * 250 g caster sugar
+ * 3 each eggs
+ * 250 g ground rice
+ * 1 each lemon, grated zest
+
+### Directions
+
+Cream the butter and sugar. Beat in the eggs then the rice and zest. Bake 
+1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours at 180℃ in an 18cm cake tin lined with parchment.
