# Drop Scones

### Ingredients
|

* 225 grams self-raising flour
|
||
|
* 250 milliliters milk
|
||
|
* 30 grams caster sugar
|
||
|
* 1 teaspoons baking powder
|
||
|
* 1 tablespoons golden syrup
|
||
|
* 2 pieces eggs
|
||
|
|
||
|
### Directions
|
||
|
|
||
|
Beat together all ingredients to form a smooth batter. Lightly grease a griddle of frying pan and heat it. When hot, drop in 2 spoonfuls of batter, keeping them well separated. Cook for 2-3 minutes; when the underside is brown and bubbles rise to the surface, turn with a fish slice and brown the other side.
