# Lemon and Gin Sauce

Recipe yields 4 servings

### Ingredients
|

|
* 1 pieces Lemons, zest and juice
|
||
|
* 45 grams sugar
|
||
|
* 150 milliliters water
|
||
|
* 25 milliliters gin
|
||
|
|
||
|
### Directions
|
||
|
|
||
|
Put the lemon zest, sugar and water in a pan and simmer gently for 20 minutes. Strain together with the lemon juice. Add the gin and reheat without boiling.
