### Ingredients

* 3 pieces eggs
|
||
|
|
* 1 cups caster sugar
|
||
|
|
* water, boiling
|
||
|
|
* 1 cups self-raising flour
|
||
|

||

### Directions

||

|
Beat eggs, sugar and water until tripled in volume. Fold in flour. Bake at 200°C until crisp.
