# Honey and Almond Tuille
|

### Ingredients
|
||
|
* 3 pieces egg whites
|
||
|
* 80 grams ground almonds
|
||
|
* 20 grams cornflour
|
||
|
* 50 grams icing sugar
|
||
|
* 50 grams honey
|
||
|
* 50 grams butter
|
||
|
|
||
|
### Directions
|
||
|
|
||
|
Put all ingredients in a bowl and blitz together with a hand blender until completely combined and smooth. Chill dough in fridge.
|
||
|
|
||
|
Spread thinly on silpat, using a template.
|
||
|
|
||
|
Bake 6-10 minutes at 170C.
|
||
|
