# Orange Drizzle Cake

Recipe yields 20 portions

### Ingredients
|
||
|
* 340 grams unsalted butter, at room temperature
|
||
|
* 340 grams caster sugar
|
||
|
* 340 grams self-raising flour, sifted
|
||
|
* salt
|
||
|
* 4 large eggs
|
||
|
* 4 pieces oranges
|
||
|
* 180 grams icing sugar
|
||
|
|
||
|
### Directions

|
|
||
|
Preheat oven to 170C. Grease and line baking tin. Place butter, caster sugar, flour, salt, eggs and finely grated orange zest in a large electric mixer and beat for 3 minutes until well combined. Bake for about 35 minutes.
|
||
|
|
||
|
Warm orange juice and icing sugar until sugar has dissolved. Pour the orange syrup over the cake when it comes out of the oven.
