# Chocolate Fondant (flourless)
Recipe yields 12 portions
### Ingredients
* 720 grams dark chocolate
* 300 grams butter
* 690 grams egg whites
### Directions
Melt chocolate and butter in a pan over hot water. Beat in egg whites. Pipe into tea cups or small bowls.
Bake 10 minutes at 185C.
