# Pork Pie Pastry
### Ingredients
* 1 kilograms plain flour
* 350 grams pork dripping
* 400 grams water
* salt
### Directions
Heat water and dripping until the dripping has melted. Combine with flour (mix for 3 minutes with dough hook in rotary mixer). Check that all flour is combined, knead until smooth if necessary. Chill.
