# Oat Cookies

Recipe yields 20 small biscuits
|

||

### Ingredients
|
||
|
|
* 120 grams butter, at room temperature
|
||
|
|
* 90 grams caster sugar
|
||
|
|
* 2 pieces egg yolks
|
||
|
|
* 1 tablespoons whisky
|
||
|
|
* 30 grams rolled oats
|
||
|
|
* 160 grams plain flour
|
||
|
|
* 0.25 teaspoons salt
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
### Directions
|
||
|

|
||
|
|
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg yolks then whisky. Add flour, oats and salt and mix to a soft dough. Form into small balls and place on a lined baking sheet 3 cm apart. Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. until golden brown.
