# Mulled plum jam

### Ingredients

* Mulled plums
|

* sugar
|
||

### Directions

||
|
|
|
||
|
|
Heat plums with sugar in mulled wine syrup until sugar has melted. Blitz to a smooth purée then return to the pan and reduce to desired consistency.
